When we were small and have stomach problems my mother roast alsi on tawa then crush into powder and add onion,salt and light mirchi, she stuff this powder in wheat atta and make paratha. It was given in lunch and our upset stomach gone and till evening we were ready to play.😊

It's ok but how to intake this powder. As chutney powder for tiffin/breakfast items or can we take together with rice 🍚. Or shall take as hot drink 😂

I was abt to say same. Flax seeds tend to go bad v soon. So make this in small quantity.
