I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE OLD MIAMI VICE TRAILERS. I DON’T EVEN REMEMBER THEM FROM WAY BACK THEN AND I WATCHED EVERY SINGLE EPISODE EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT WITH MY TWO FRIENDS AND 3 PIZZAS. WERE THESE THE TRAILERS FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK SHOWED AFTER THE EPISODE WAS FINISHED???

Thanks for posting. Back in the day I was an extra for a few of these episodes in season 8. This one I am on the dock somewhere a few times but too young to realize Barbara Streisand was in a scene walking by the big yacht that was docked, she was dating Don Johnson at the time. Fun times!!

I usually prefer season 1 and 2, but I did buy all 5 seasons on DVD. Some of the really outstanding episodes sneak in season 4 and 5. This was one of those outstanding episodes. While it lacked the slick integration of elements Mann’s edited season 1 and half of season 2 episodes had, this story script and acting (and music) was outstanding. I need to rewatch it. Last time I saw it was initial airing in 1988. By the way, the conclusion of Pam Grier’s story arc as Valerie (one of the NBC “banned” episodes) in series 5 is also worth a trailer. I love your trailers!
