This was a really good video. I loved how you gave an overview of all of them in relation to each other. I'm a blue belt but I haven't really touched open guard and often get confused where to begin. It would be good if you can continue with some more videos like this covering other guards like X guard, single leg X, collar sleeve and why you choose to use one over another etc. But this video really helped so thank you!
