Imagine growing up in Charleston, South Carolina. It is a very polite southern town where natives and locals say hi, say thank you when you open the door for someone, and in general pleasant. I've been there and done that so many times, I just end up burning out and not sure about the "gains" from all the effort, Maybe when you are in 20's, But in 40's I think I do more damage than good. End up tearing something and then I'm out for months, Last effort was 4 months ago with kettlebells, Ended up with tennis elbow and stuffed for 4 months. lol When I get a nice amount of junk food and sugar in me I'm back to normal. :)

I used to get boils, too. Baby powder was my solution to keeping dry and preventing from forming, and believe or not, if you feel one coming on under the skin, use it then, too. I figure the cornstarch is drawing moisture out of it, and it shrinks up and goes away. I wish I had known this when I was younger to save my skin from disgusting craters. It has honestly been a game changer to where I rarely get them, and if i do feel it coming on, just powder up on the area, untill you feel it start to go away.
