Costs money to create law enforcement and the serious crimes Florida deals with stupid boaters just isn't a priority until someone dies and the feds get involved with traffic safety. Feds start to take notice of roads with too high fatality rate I am certain boating waterways would also have that scrutiny. You could ask the coast guard I am sure they don't like it but they have a lot of smuggling they need to prioritize in the keys and farther south.

The best thing is to tilt the engine up so that you raise the forward ship, then you avoid meeting the waves with the forward ship, but rather with the lower part of the hull. I think some do, but there are very few. Rough seas and flat bottoms never become friends anyway.

No, but my lake has 2' waves max, not 10'+. And I see lots of kids in these vids who are obviously way younger than 14 not wearing life jackets. Once you are looking at 6' waves like you see in many of these clips everyone should be wearing a jacket no matter what the rules say.

As a dog owner it pisses me off to see people bringing their dog in the boats. Dogs are not equipped to keep their balance in rough water. If your dog falls out there is a good chance that it will be injured very badly. Grow up if you love your dog.

Okay so having a Trump flag be the same size as the ensign seems really wrong. Plus its not even the correct ensign.
