Melissa, are you planning on doing another challenge? I have been dealing with Cancer in the Uterus... I lost a lot of weight unexpectedly and still loosing weight. I lost all my body mass muscle. My overall body skin is saggy and creepy because I lost skin collagen and elastin. I've gone through a lot of hardship. I spent over a year in homeless shelters. I'm now finally working but still unable to afford my own place. I do exercise and use weights and resistance band but between my stressful job and my health issues I get tired fast so I just try to go to bed early and rest. I struggle trying to sleep. And so much more. Every time I eat I get a lot of gas and I burp a lot. I have lactose intolerant and I can't eat gluten. I noticed when I lift weights my lower abdomen brothers me and leave me with a sense if needing to pee. Like I think lifting weights puts pressure on my bladder and I keep going to the bathroom to pee. I'm sorry if I am not expressing myself correctly. My main language is Spanish.❤

I totally agree. An additional issue with fruit juice is the amount of sugars contained in one glass. Although natural sugars, it’s way too high. If you compare a glass of fruit juice to how much WHOLE fruit you would actually eat at one time, it’s a massive difference. For instance, you would probably only eat 1 whole orange in one go. A glass of fruit juice contains approx 10 x that amount. That’s 10 x the sugars.

Absolutely, the sugar content in fruit juice is definitely a concern when compared to whole fruit.

Registration opens on December 26th. Once you’ve purchased the program, you’ll get access before the challenge starts on January 6th, giving you plenty of time to prepare.

Yes, we offer separate meal plans for vegans and vegetarians, along with many other options. We also have a food exchange list to accommodate different dietary preferences.
