Worst mechanic fail ever

this customer came in for an oil change and had everything rigged together on this vehicle. this was the worst neglect and rigging I've ever seen in my life. there were wires and chains holding the front suspension together. Ratchet straps holding the leaf springs together and the Frame was broken and rigged together. When asked about it the customer stated I'm not fixing anything. I stated your playing with your life and everyone else's on the road and the customer stated it wasn't his life to play with so it didn't matter.
