Exactly. Private businesses pay you a wage and these people don't and get onto you more, obviously because they don't get their crappy percentage.

"And when I say 'your personal business', I mean: you recruiting..." And there she said it, recruiting is the number one thing to do in your 'business'. Not selling the product. I wonder if all of those hunbots have to be so aggressive and say 'right?' a thousand times to convince themselves, not the audience, that they're not in a pyramid scheme.

Love how their pitch is like, "We're totally going to guide you and train you in every way so don't worry if you don't have any experience, this whole industry is so supportive and we care about everyone we recruit blah blah blah" and then this one is like, "Don't waste time answering questions from your downline or you'll get burnt out" lol...wtf?
@s0lastsummer73 жыл бұрын
If anyone was curious, she says "... right?" a total of 27 times. 😂 yes, I have a lot of time on my hands, lol. If someone repeats extraneous crap like that, it's kind of a tic for me to start counting it... don't judge me. 😛 Also I HAVE to laugh that she thinks a pyramid scheme is selling an idea. Considering then she talks about how she sells her ideas to the other uplines. Ooooh honey. 😂🤣

Ok, I’m finally sick of this!! We MUST change the definition of Pyramid Scheme to “recruiting even with a product!” Because if I hear one more time “not a pyramid scheme because we have a product” I’m going to SCREAM!!!
@bellezanegra02063 жыл бұрын
I think people should stop getting hung up on the term “pyramid scheme” and realize that MLM is just as bad. When you get past trying to convince someone they are in a pyramid scheme then you take away that argument. Just accept MLM is just as bad and go from there.
@TaylorX33 жыл бұрын
I love that even by her definition it is a pyramid scheme. They are literally selling an idea of a lifestyle that can only be obtained if you sell that lifestyle idea to another person.

Feel like the reason why these top MLM ours are coaching is because it’s hard to maintain the rank/money in MLM‘s that they need another form of income so they don’t have to stress out as much and work 24 seven. So they’re manipulating the people underneath them to make more money. I also think that they don’t think they’re doing anything wrong I really do think that they think they’re helping people. That’s the saddest part about it. People who think they’re helping people but are hurting people are more dangerous than people that know that they’re hurting people and do it anyways. Thanks for posting I really enjoy your videos. ❤️EJ

I think so too! 🙄😂 The only people watching their videos is either other people in the company or the idiots downline. It gives them a captive audience to spew their B.S. I picture them practicing in the mirror first to get hyped up and then playing it back throughout the day to keep the delusion of being a leader in their minds!!! 😂😂🤪🙄🤥
@craydye933 жыл бұрын
I find it hilarious how she says “we are not competitors. We may work for different companies but it’s the same industry”. Ummm. Yeah you are competitors! You are all fighting to recruit people whether you are in the same mlm or different ones. Most people only join one mlm at a time and some mlms even say that you can’t join multiple. Soooo. If a recruiter from one mlm gets someone to join, that person is now off the table for the recruiter in the other mlm. So YES. It is competition. And a legitimate business does not recruit competition for themselves. THE NONSENSE.
@craydye933 жыл бұрын
Lol this is like my fourth comment but I’m commenting while watching so 😆 but when she said “Use the 80/20 rule. 80% of time should be spent on your business.” Well if the biggest aspect of “your business” is recruiting others and having a big team, why aren’t you putting your time and effort into your team? Maybe because you need to put most of your time to continually sign up even more to leave behind? Their downline is just a number and a dollar sign.

Do they just take any theory and apply it to whatever they are "teaching". The 80/20 rule is not even at all what she is explaining but says that 80 percent of the result comes from 20 of the action. Such as 80 percent of all sales comes from 20 percent of the customers. It helps you prioritize the 20%.

I'm wondering about the legality of this. Some of these "coaches" have clauses within their agreements with their own MLM that says they can get terminated for selling anything to people from other MLMs. If she can't do it on her level, it could prevent her from "moving up" within the company even if she buys her way up. Maybe she dgaf though 🤣

These scammers will never face social consequences if we don’t publicly shame their scammy business practices. I this if someone can tastefully shame one of these crappy people…. They should! Now, some of these people are victims of these scams, we should treat them with compassion but… The top 5 % can do math and know they are ripping vulnerable people off. F those top 5 % and shame them where ever you can. Online, at the store, at church, at the mall. Everywhere!!! Make them feel the shame!

@blackcatcrimes Жыл бұрын
The Bellavida woman made me so mad. That is not what the 80-20 rule is in business! The 80-20 rule is that basically only 20% of the work you do actually grows your business and brings in leads. The idea behind it is that you should identify the 20% and put more time to that, making your time more efficient by minimizing the 80% or handing it off to other people. As an actual business owner, this is like one of the first pieces of information you'll find in any business source after identifying a niche.

Is this lady just self help to make successful mlmers? She sounds like Rachel Hollis with saying that she has something new and unique to help mlmers do better and she just copies what other mlmers have been saying that use social media to sell their mlm's lifestyle while like with Rachel and others like her, will forever withhold the key to being super successful. For this lady, it's the key to being a super successful mlmer that she sounds like is always going to withhold that info).
@KelliConan3 жыл бұрын
I.m.o., I feel like every time any anti-mlm person asks "is all of your team successful?" should add in "including all of the people working the business" 'cause we all know that most of the people getting asked that would say yes and then say that they people that it's not working for are the people that aren't working enough on their business/hard enough and adding that would hopefully stop them from trying to legibly say that the unsuccessful people aren’t working hard enough.

She got mad/bothered that Instagram shut off her livestream. Well she must of gone at an hour 'cause the livestreams can only last an hour unless you're lucky and shutoff livestream timer doesn't go off. So she went way too long and must not of saved it correctly (I don't know how to save a livestream I've done 'cause I haven't done any). She did a livestream and it didn't save, then why do another one? I.m.o., she should've just recorded a video 'cause she was only live streaming again to have a livestream saved to her Instagram. A regular video(s) would've been just fine. Though she was hoping that people who didn't see the first one would jump onto this one.

Sorry for all of the commenting. This lady is making me🤔and😂. I agree with you on the that's why these companies are mlms 'cause they have their mlmers do all of the marketing for free. The smartest mlms are the ones that also have their own store front and website. So the customers can buy directly from the company or spend more money and buy through one of their mlmers. Then why is anyone a mlmer in those companies? Shouldn’t they realize that they're doing all of marketing for free to most likely attract people to being a customer and buy directly from the company and not one of the mlmers. Plus this lady said that she chose her high quota. I'm sure she only did 'cause that's the only way any mlm lets any of their mlmer's make a livable pay. Which doesn't sound that bad except that we know how much work it's gonna take for the mlmer and their downline to make that quota for themselves and the up line. So she left out that if a person doesn't want a high quota, then they won't make any money or a profit or hardly any money. Though we know that if she said that, then she wouldn't make that much or any money 'cause almost no one would join any mlm.

These mlm pay for classes are what the up lines of the mlm a person is in is supposed to do for them. She says that she's not trying to be anyone's up line. Well everyone selling these mlm courses are doing what an up line is supposedly supposed to do. So that's what she's trying to do. Also, when people say that their mlm is unique and different and they have different ways of working than every other mlm, sounds very untrue when people can be like this lady and sell mlm and or network marketing courses that are for all mlmers and network marketers. How could they make courses for all mlmers if each mlm is supposed to be unique🤔? We know why. Also, I don't know how anyone can be sold on paying money for info when the tidbits of unique info she gives for free is stuff that is easy to learn and find online for free. Which makes me feel like asking is worth paying for her courses when it might just be info that's online for free🤔(in this case, what the up line has already said a ton of times)?
