I think it kind of depends on one very crucial question: do the babies know they're fighting? If so then no way could anyone take 500, they'd overwhelm you like the carnivorous ants in Crystal Skull. But babies and toddlers don't really understand long-term objectives, plus they have a really short attention span and zero fighting strategy. So irl I imagine it would just turn into one person battering 500 toddlers who aren't really fighting back, which would be tiring but not especially difficult.

Best before dates can last normally at least 3 months after just its not standard quality, use by dates are normally 1 - 3 days under what it actually is because of the differences in fridge temps, humidity etc

For anyone still looking at the comments, the expiration date, (expiry date, I believe you guys say), is little more than an educated guess, and reflects only the earliest date that a product is likely to go off given proper attention. Most products are fine after their expiration and the ones most likely to make you very ill go well out of their way to warn you. Having said that, here's a kitchen tip for you. If you're unsure of the freshness of an egg, place it in water. If it lays at the bottom, that's a fresh egg. If it stands up, it has begun to create bacteria, but it is fine. If it bobs a bit then settles, it's nearing the end of its usefulness, and if it floats, chuck it. Peace.
