The thing about the Jumbuck is it is essentially a Mitsubishi Lancer underneath. So slotting an Evo drivetrain under it makes for a great sleeper!

The strange thing about Americans and utes is that Americans don't realise you can have Ute's and Trucks. A ute is great for city work and travelling especially if you don't need a battle tank like an F150 Australia is a more shit road network than use by a wide margin and the only reason we are getting in to Rangers, Hilux/Tacomas and importing Rams is because America doesn't build a ute to replace the utes we stopped building. Doing 260kmh in a ute is an absolute experience that more pavement cowboys in the US needed to try

I can just picture myself accidentally shutting the door on the Cyber truck and cutting my finger off I hate those ugly refrigerators and the fact there's so many sharp corners and edges and the metal gets so hot they are completely impractical it's been 118 where I live for 2 days and there's about four or five cyber trucks in the small City I live in in Northern California I guarantee they're struggling

The SS ute is great...it was never meant to be a truck beater, it's a utility. Utes are the mainstay of tradesman in Australia and they are an integral part of the culture and logistics of this great nation. Should NOT be on this list.

Proton bought the rights to the chassis of the Mitsubishi Mirage and the Lancer. I think they even built some for shipment to SEA and Oceania. That's how the proton jumbuck came in to being. That being said.. They are a cult car in Aus lol

I don’t think Elon is a clown with cars. He was a major innovator of EVs. Nothing wrong with them existing(issue is mandates to have them and what not). So he gets major credit in car history there! Now sure others are making better EVs…well better in other aspects. Tesla is an innovator of electric powered vehicles. They did not start with the goal of being a luxury ride. An economical ride(purchase cost). They are about the EV tech, and some screen tech. But sure now they’re outclassed by those who’ve caught up in EV tech, but who’ve already been known for luxury, fit and finish, etc. So yeah I’d not expect the quality to be Porsche. But I’d expect Porsche to have been inspired by the EV tech Elon/Tesla led the race with.

Just saying 83HP for a caffeinated hamster (since it was not specified I assume we are talking a Roborovski dwarf hamster, as they appear to be permanently over-caffeinated ) weighting around 20-25 grams is amazing. I mean that is 3-4 HP per gram...

Whoever even thought a Ute should go on this list should be slapped. Those things are awesome but for some reason they never took off in the US. ESPECIALLY when the Chevrolet El Camino was a huge deal when it came out. They just, died off.

The title could use some polish. This list is basically a list of "trucks" that fail at truck things. The list is a combination of a buggy, cars, and SUVs with a bed. Most of these are quirky and fit a very niche segment of the market. Some could argue that minitrucks fit into this category as well. However, towing capacity isn't everything. Sometimes you just want to throw some bags of sand in the bed. Other times you're carrying trashbags full of leaves, or cans of gasoline. Sometimes even, a dead animal. As a manufacturer, sometimes you just want to YOLO. And other times you just want to place your bets on the throwback era. All in all, towing capacity isn't everything. The 1938 Ford 1/2 ton had less than 100hp. Besides the CyberTruck, I'm easily a fan of the rest of these "trucks". Even the rotory. Had the CyberTruck been built in the 80s or 90s, I would be a fan. However, the future is more dystopian than utopian. Being excited about the CyberTruck is like being excited about a JohnnyCab from Total Recall. Sure, its the future, but it's the future we were warned about. Overall, this video sits in the middle. Not bad, but not good. Looking back, I was a real fan of the Carvana mini doc. I know, it doesn't pay the bills, but it was a good piece of content. No complaints though. Until next time. Cheers.

I remember when my friend's dad got the one with the V8 from the Corvette he had it tuned and it was making about 420 horsepower it was a strange vehicle I can't call it a truck I can't call it a car I really don't know what to call it it was comfortable it did have some body roll and it didn't really have an actual truck bed that you could really use I really don't know what the point of the vehicle was my buddy's dad had his for about 2-3 years and then sold it and bought a Corvette ZR1
