Cassandra Nova is telekinetic, however to read peoples minds or see their memories(Like Charles), she LITERALLY has to get her hands dirty by running them through your brain like your mom runs her fingers through your hair. Also, Pretty sure in Marvel Zombies they found out those with healing factors like wolverine who didn't eat flesh for long enough could be used as an infinite food source for the other zombies. You find this out when you see Wolverine tied to a post of some kind, as all the marvel zombies waited for him to regenerate to eat him over and over.

As I understand it, the spiderman sticky power is the same as real spiders. Real spiders use molecular bonds to stick to things, not little hooks. So Kaine's power is literally bonding to the molecules of his victim's face, in such a way that causes chemical burns, and then he rips the flesh off.
