It's funny, I too have had the experience of not being able to articulate why I disagree with something, but my reaction is to think harder and do research. Candice's reaction seems to be to do nothing. I think she and Tate are simply stupid and tired of being wrong, kind of like how religious apologists are motivated by not wanting to feel dumb for what they believe.
