What’s up, my brother die hard Yankee fan from New York. You are absolutely right as a formal player myself. I was happy that he joined the Yankees. He has power. There’s no doubt but you ever see him take a lead first base. It’s just one step. How often did I see him steal base I don’t think everand his shielding on right field is under average so I feel you man long-term he would be a DH I get it. I just think that the Mets are gonna throw him that money, bro.

Some people think that if we lose Soto, Cashman is going to invest that 500+ Millions in 3 or 4 equivalent players but the Yankees don't do that. When we lost Yamamoto, did the Yankees spent the $300 million they were offering Yamamoto on other players? No, they didn't. Most likely they will get average and cheap players

This is what Yankee fans don’t understand. The Yankees are operating under a salary cap. They are very unlikely to push the payroll much higher than it already is. The only way the team gets much better is to get rid of the current bad contracts and to develop young stars. Which is why the trade for Soto was a bad move in my opinion.

If soto is gonna take up all the money then don't get him you get Anthony Santander and get Paul Goldschmidt for a 1YR deal and you get a good two guy in that rotation and you have to get Tanner Scott and next year you go out and get Vladimir Guerro JR and Luis Arreaz. That's my take

Fielding run value?? Awful stat. Facts.993 fielding % #1 for all right fielders. #5 in assists with 10. The leader had 12. Is he Clemente? No. But he plays his position well.

Judge never came out huge the last five years so we need him more than ever right now. You only get those kind of player once in two generations.

Lets not make it about his deficiencies because there aren't 5 guys in the league I'd rather have in the lineup. Has potential to be the GOAT hitter. Not many you can say that about. That being said as much as I want him you can't keep going into the year wth 6 weak bats in the lineup. They need to get a CF and a 2B/3B and 1B and even a CF and trade Jasson for a more established OF. Spend that money on 4 spots instead and it's a win.

@@AngelLuna-fj3zv if it's true what hal says we're able to sign who ever we want?? Idk if that's true (a big fat IF) but taken him at his word for the time being (until proven otherwise) I'm in on letting Soto walk! And spend the upwards of $600+ million on 2 elite Players (1 pitcher and an all around good to great position player) and still have the rest of your dollars to spend filling out the rest of your roster with the players you lack in whatever order! Make a good couple of trades (not to just obtain other players) but also trade some players off the 40 man roster (like the bundle of catcher talent and maybe so reliable inning eaters to other teams) like the A's just trying to figure out how their going to get some excitement from new and old fans that going to stay loyal. An there's more I want to write but your a baseball guy! You understand completely where I'm going with this? What do you think?? 1 I'll mention is Hayes and mitch keller and a bullpen guy? Of course you have to give to get but wouldn't be as much as the Yankees would have to give up for Garrett C. From the white Sox imo? Would really like to hear what you think?
