Thanks for watching today's video about some Mixed Reality experiences using Table Tennis VR and First Encounter. As you can see there is still some wobbling effect but once you are in MR, you quickly forget about the defects. Also, there seems to be some screen door effect when looking into the fogging areas, but it is very slight. What are your favorite MR apps with the Quest 3? Have you purchased a Quest 3 or not yet? Let's chat below! More videos for the accessories here kzbin.info/www/bejne/rGbbhZyBiKyslck

is it really that clear?? I sent mine back for a replacement because it was blurry and grainy, on mine anyway the graininess is pretty bad, not something minor to overcome

Do you have a permanent smokey like vignette in the sides of your vision? I am on my second headset and both have had it. Many on Reddit are commenting about it but not one KZbinr is talking about it. We really need to know if it is an expected result of using pancake lenses (as some people suggest) or whether it is a fault with certain displays we have received. Meta replaced my first because I complained, but is it a fault or something certain people are particularly sensitive to, but others don't notice? If it's down to faulty displays we deserve to know, if it's an expected aberration due to pancake lenses we also need to know...

I noticed something u describing in Airlink f1 2023 after around 1 hour I mention this in my livestream last night like I thought it was the car engine smoking or reflections in the helmet effect or something - it seems gone now but running more stress testing today

@@xressentials looking forward to your results. Try using a game with a generally well lit area and a solid light colour (e.g. a sandy coloured wall). Turning your head left and right will make it show up more. The same area of the lens/display will also show an issue in dark scenes (even black loading screens) which is like a dark orange/ brown instead of black/grey. If it's an abboration then I guess we will have to get used to it, otherwise we must send them back as faulty. Whichever way, the discussion needs to start...
