My favorite was the plantation style house at the end. Interesting mix. Tropical island plantation is the closest way to describe it. The dark wood really worked in it to feel cool..

House 1 a perfect investment and should sell fast full price. Condo zoning. This house, two small houses next door and a vacant lot. Probably buy all four less than 40 mil. Build condo with prime views - huge developer profits.

I rather be in a house instead of a condo.. The unfortunate falling of the building in Miami was very very sad... Living by the beach the salt corroded everything little by little from concrete to steel...and eventually it won't support an structure... And always happens in life....something bad really bad has to happen in order to change things instead of preventing them. The dirty politics of everything... Money 💰 🤑 talks...and you know the rest.

I don't think the ocean / salt played as big a role as you think. Basically, the building was 40 years old and had terrible maintenance. They installed pavers on the pool deck (and sand underneath the pavers). This added a huge amount of weight to the pool deck. It also created a new problem, it trapped all the water between the old deck and the pavers. The rain water that was trapped was weakening the concrete. This caused the pool deck to collapse into the parking garage which set off a chain reaction. It's really terrible. The building in this video is brand new.
