You usually go on for a couple rows... I am not sure what to do for the next couple rows... Mine isn't looking like yours...

Allie, Thank you for the great pattern. I was wondering if you could elaborate on the "step-up" step. I am not clear on how to move to next row. Thank you!

+Potomac Bead Company Actually, in watching it, we realized one clip was left out of the video. We just uploaded it separately (watch at the 9 minute point), and it is located here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y4S5pHmsj7Fkhbc

Great video thank you.Do you have any ideas on making the end curve like a candy cane for decorations?
@Potomacbeadco9 жыл бұрын
+Kelly Adair it isn't really possible with this stitch, given the tightness of the weave.

+Potomac Bead Company ok thank you, I just thought if it was possible it would be cute.

+Potomac Bead Company So I got totally obsessed with finding a way to make this into a candy cane. And I did it I loosened the end that I wanted to bend, like you did so that it wasn't to stiff. then I used wire on the inside, I put a coil in the wire where the bend would be so that it would keep the tube from flattening out. I know sounds like a lot of work but like I say I got obsessed and wanted to make them as christmas gifts. Thanks for the inspiration :)

Is there a different pattern count if you are using 3 colors and what is it please?
@Potomacbeadco9 жыл бұрын
+Barbara Wells well there are any number of different ways you could add other colors, so it really depends upon the look you want. This pattern is 4-4-2-2, so you could always change one of those initial red/white counts to a different color. You could also make it thicker by adding another row and going 4-4-4-2-2. Of course, that is just the beginning, and you can make variations in any number of ways, so it really just depends upon how you want the pattern to look.
