I have 3 Leatherman Waves and the Ozark Trail clone. I will probably pick up the Gordon just to see it. I bought my first Wave as a teenager, lost it, so i bought a Wave+. Then like 8 years later my dad found my original wave underneath his car seat. Last year I bought a broken Leatherman Blast black oxide at a yard sale for $1, sent it in to Leatherman hoping they'd fix it, but instead they mailed me back a brand new Wave+ black oxide.

My all-time favorite multitool is the Leatherman Fuse. I got a limited edition safety orange Leatherman Fuse back in 2004 from Eddie Bauer. It came in a clam-shell package with the worst head lamp ever made by LED Lenser. I also got a few days later the Leatherman removable bit driver kit. The removable bit driver fits perfectly on the end of the "truss-style" Phillips screwdriver that's on the Fuse and it works with Leatherman's bits👍

For future reference when harbor freight says that they have one in stock that means they don't have one in stock they are counting the display model or just the spot that it goes but if it says they have one in stock that means they don't why they don't tell you this I don't know

I ordered my on May 25th 2024. Between processing to ship and USPS, I will be lucky if it’s here June 11th. Considering the original delivery date was June 07th. Got to love the post office. Nice review.

I love love love my wave. I've had 3 of them over the years. Currently on on the Wave plus and it's fantastic. I do have to say though. I like what I see from the Gordon. I'm really interested to see what kind of mods can be done to it and to see if maybe Harbor freight offers replacement parts and the bit driver accessories. If so it'd be killer to get those to use on the Leatherman. Also, it's pretty damn cool it comes with the clip, none of my Waves came with a clip. I may end up picking one of these up to have in the truck or maybe to thrash on when I don't want to risk damaging my wave haha!

I picked one up last week (online because they were sold out locally) i bought it with a little apprehension but it's the real deal and better than the wave in some ways, lacking in a couple ways but overall it's a great budget multitool.

Got mine today. Had them in back and never made it to the floor. Opened it up, the blade has a huge Crack in the blade. All the way thru. Straight out of the box

i just gave/sold a knife to my stepdad you know the reason but anyway he never used to carry a knife now he uses it everyday I always say if people who don't carry a knife start they will find a use for them and my dad is in his 70's still working btw
