I actually love that it's not quite as heavy as I had expected/feared. If I buy one I want to use it for travel and carry it around, and I don't want the extra weight. I think it's just weighty enough to feel luxurious but not needlessly heavy.

I got this palette, and, knowing I’d hardly use those 2 dark shades, popped those two out and replaced them with 2 others shades that I bought as singles (and are also in Sorcery), Madrigal and Mercurial. I’m in love! A lotta $$ but I’m in love. 🤷🏻‍♀️❤

My Sorcery palette came on Saturday and I’m in LOVE with the textures in there!! The duochrome? Insane. Even the Seamless Matte is SO creamy. Now I want Vega!! 😩😭

Gorgeous look you created. I tried this palette out today and I was in awe as well. I’m 47 and have some texture but it was not a problem. Her formulas are easy to use and flatter any eye shape I feel. I want more! Lol!

Would love to see you do more looks with Vega! The one you were mentioning where you plan to not use the lamp black and the smoke and mirrors, and focusing on moonswirl and the other colors. That sounds like it would be beautiful!

Yes I’d love to see how you use the sorcery palette! The colours just look stunning. I personally think I could dupe out most of the shades within my collection (yes, even mercurial- the limited edition Mac cosmetics right before your eyes eyeshadow looks like a perfect dupe). I am most interested in buying the vega palette, because I genuinely think the colours and textures are unique, but like others have said, no one I’ve watched so far has managed to do such a sophisticated and beautiful look with it as you have.

I just played with my Vega palette today, the mattes remind me of Natasha Denonas cream to powder formula which I love. I also replaced the Smoke and Mirrors and Lamp Black shades with Mauve Decade and Mercurial and it’s great. I personally don’t need a ton of depth and I really like how easy blend and effortless the shades are.

This palette is so beautiful and high quality. I would love to see eye looks using only two or three of these colors now. Even one, if it is Moonswirl. I bought it as a travel palette for flexibility away from home and I want to use it every day! Lisa Eldridge is a true artist. This is well worth the money!!!

Amanda, I’ve seen quite a few YTubers demo this palette. And honestly, you are the only one that created such a wearable ,sophisticated and exquisitely blended look that intrudes and makes me consider buying. 🙌 Partly because I am a cool person , and I LOVE that unique gray. Have not seen anywhere. It really looks so gorgeous blended with the browns and shimmer. Yes, I’d enjoy seeing another look that you mentioned! ❤

I picked up this and Myth and am hoping that gorgeous Mercurial single is back in stock someday, and that she makes more shades similar to Mercurial. I haven't been using powder matte shadows much this year (I've been on an Amanda Z one and done wet look glittery shadow kick) and it felt like these blended really nicely and were flattering on my pretty dry skin, but to be honest, it's hard to judge when I haven't used any other powder mattes in so long. The component is beautiful and small and if they are in stock when my mum's birthday next rolls around, I'll be picking one up for her.

Sorcery is still out of stock as are the madrigal and mercurial shades. Really wanted to madrigal, mercurial shades and they were gone first. I had mercurial in my cart...went to delete another item and deleted it by mistake. Did pick up the purple palette, mooswiral and mage individual shades. Supposed to arrive last Friday but not arriving till Saturday. I think they underestimated how popular this launch would be especially this time of the year.

Good luck ladies, I found that the shadows ended up in my eye crease after a few hours and had fall out throughout the day. Fabulous colours but had to clean up a lot and reapply to smooth out my eye crease.

Hi Amanda. I just bought two of Lisa Eldridge's single shadows. I am hoping that she might offer an empty palette someday so I can make my own colour story. You are right in that the colours are more refined and subtle (but buildable) than say a Natasha Denona shadow, but LE works well on an older eye. I heard that if you want more "pow", Lisa Eldridge's Liquid Lurex have more colour payoff. But I prefer the subtle formulas in her new palettes.

My palettes are running very late so I’ve been duping the looks. Have to say, My dupes have been glorious (Pat McGrath, Sydney Grace, Victoria Beckham and Marc Jacobs) so the bar has been set really high. This looks good on you but very dupeable with my Victoria Beckham and Marc Jacobs. I’m hoping Sorcery is as good as everyone says! The other palette I ordered is Myth as the mattes look like they will work very well with some of f my indie multi chromes!

I've been wanting to hear your thoughts on this palette since Lisa mentioned the wet look in her release video, so thanks for the review! Yes please to more looks with the palette. I'm not a huge fan of the cooler grey/black shades in here, so I gave this palette a swerve, but I'm curious to see what else it can do. I'm not one to say that people *need to* buy anything, but I think you kind of need to order Sorcery 😄. It's a stunner.

That lightest colour actually created the most subtle and natural contour and transition from the darker colors to your very light skin tone. To me that just screams Lisa, because she is the queen of seemlessness. The colour would also be perfect for a very natural every day look, but where you still want to sculpt the eye a bit.

I was so excited to see Lisa Eldridge launch eyeshadows. If anyone could perfect the formulas, it would be Lisa. However, I'm dissapointed that all of the palettes are so dark. I would not use half the colors in any of the palettes. I hope she comes out with a more neutral, everyday color story.

Not to sell the empty palette when refills are available at launch, is staggering! If we want the palette, it makes sense to realise we are going to want to fill it!. Irrespective, it's an easy pass for me. No distinct unusual color that I cannot already duplicate. However, I enjoyed watching the video on your channel 🤗

I bought Myth and it creases so horribly on me - both the mattes and the shimmers. Never experienced anything like it. I’m wondering if it’s because all the mattes in Myth are the “velvet” formula. Either way it doesn’t seem to hold up on my deep set crease. I’m gutted because I adore the shades, the blend and the initial application but they look awful after a few hours

This brand is bad. Pigment is worst I have ever used, the glitter fall over the face , color gone fast not last long , pigment is rough not smooth. Price is high but the quality is cheap. Natasha denona, mac brands are better a lot. Waste money

@@ultraviolettas you can justify any way you like but a tiny six pan palette versus a larger 12 premium size pan palette from strictly a cost perspective in my eyes is still being hypocritical. They’re both artists who spent a long time curating their palettes. I have both and selected the Myth palette for the deep purple and red shades. And I’ve worn both on several different occasions. The only one I’ve gotten compliments on from mostly random people I encountered was the Mario palette. I’ve never in my life gotten compliments on my eyeshadow so this was a first. Certainly interesting.

Celebrate whichever expensive palette you want to, but this bitterness seems a bit miserable to post on a positive review of Lisa’s release. You don’t have to buy it if you think it’s unjustifiably expensive.
