One 0f the nicest homes I’ve seen in quite some time. Kitchen is laid out perfectly for my taste. Having a area where you can give your dog a bath is what makes this home perfect. I am sorry to hear about the loss of your dog. I know that when you lose a pet a little bit of your heart goes with them. I love dogs and actually prefer dogs to most people, they’re totally dependent on you and show you their appreciation by loving you back for keeping them safe and fed. God bless Nate.

I know this is about the home, but you are so right about dogs. We adopted a Rottweiler Mix puppy during the pandemic and for over a year he was only around family. He was so shy around other people that he would hide behind me if someone approached him. Now that he has been around others, he’s no longer shy but will let me know if I should be wary of someone.

I really like this home! I love the kitchen! I have to disagree with you, the first room is the living room and the second one is the family room. Most women, myself included, don’t want to take guests all thru the house to get to the living room. The family room is usually close to the kitchen.

Hi Nate and Raiden! I love the hickory cabinets with the lighter counter tops and back splash. It's what I currently have in my home. It's nice and homey without being a dark dungeon. The arch ways are nice. I like the pony walls and columns. It's a great way to have designated space and still be open. The pet shower! That bench is for YOU to sit on. Lol So sorry to hear about your pup. My only negatives are the water heater placement and the masterbath. Water heaters should never be in a clothes closet. The master bath is small. No soaker, small vanity area, small closet. For me, those things are deal breakers.

The boxes are called valances and the half walls are pony walls, and I would love the undermount sink more if it had two equal sized basins and I would call the master bath's "center console" a vanity storage tower

Lovely home. I would first pick a color scheme of light celery green paint throughout the home with matching light celery green carpeting. I would choose either cherry or oak cabinets. In the bathrooms: instead of large sinks, in bathroom, I would add bowl size sinks. They are smaller and give it a more updated modern look. I would prefer a circular island, in kitchen, instead of block table. This would be MY preference in buying this home. In decorating rooms, I would add almost floor to ceiling, large art, in some rooms. It would look more finished with cornice board across windows over sink.

Awesome entrance! The curb appeal is outstanding. Ceilings are awesome too! The arch entry to kitchen is super! Fireplace is great. I am not agreeing to make the room at front door as a t.v. room tho. Make it a sitting area for short visits to the home. I have home business, so that area is great as sitting for those who are not friends or family. The lighter shade of wood cabinets is are very nice. If I had kids, the rooms are smaller than I like to store toys. I am one the toys do not take over the home. Again, the ceiling is impressive . Master bedroom seems small as the staged bed is a full size bed it looks like. So a queen or king bed would take the width making a small walkway to bath. The lack of counter space in the master bath I could do this because of the cupboard separating the sinks. It makes for a cluttered counter to clean up. No closet is going to satisfy me as I hang every thing including bed clothes due to back issues, my love for purses and shoes. I need to convert a room into a closet!! The shower I smaller than I would want. At first, I was impressed with the size of the WC, but when I saw the size of shower, I understand why the WCs may be claustrophic in size if needing to shut the door. Meaning, I would give up the great -sized WC in exchange for shower that can accommodate a built in bench in shower for me to use. Overall, the estectics are wonderful! That dogs bath is so cool! I give the designer of this home 4.5 Stars! Whoever you are, you put a lot of thought into it! The home has a personality before you even decorate! Now, let me see this same designer do a triple wide for me with some little ADA touches in Master Bath and that DREAM closet! Huge pantry and bigger laundry, add sink and folding table. I would go gaga!!! I would like take from this many things about this home with the layout admixed with another triple wide I am really digging, there ya go....my bitchen home!

One of my absolute favorites ! I love that I'm not walking into a glorified kitchen, but have separate rooms while it is open viewing. One of the things they are learning from having had everyone home for extended periods is that people need to not be on top of each other for better mental health. Parents need work space that children and animals can't invade and children need room to study and play without interfering in parents responsibilities. I love the kitchen having a true island that doesn't have a sink or stove top in it, the pantry is an ideal size, and I LOVE the undermount sink. My only real issue is having the main bedroom closet in the bathroom. I really dislike that. But overall, this floorplan is a winner.

The main bedroom's ceiling is a tray. I did not see any crown molding. That could have been my eyes not seeing it.... but I dot not remember seeing any in the rooms. Crown molding used to be applied plaster then wood. Don't know what material is used now but it hides the corners where the wall meets the ceiling. Then there's picture molding applied about 1-2feet below the bottom of crown molding. Pictures were hung using hooks and/or small nails "hidden" by placing them on top of the picture molding where they couldn't be seen. And tge there is chair rail which was placed on the walls at chair height. It protected the walls from being marked and damaged from chairs. This house is beautiful.

Like this homes design and features very much especially that dog wash shower in the laundry room I would have this home come with the water heater in the laundry room in a closet behind a hinged door. Full cabinets in the kitchen that go to ceiling and the master bath doors also be pocket doors. The design of the kitchen is great and dining room space nice but I may want to move that coat closet in the end of the dining room to make that wall bigger and put the closet by the entrance to the home.

The wooden coverings over the drapes at the top of the windows are called cornices. Someone said valance, but that is the name of a cloth cover to trim out the top of the windows.

Hello Nate and Raiden. A nice home and well-appointed but seems a little claustrophobic walking into it. I think I would like to redesign the interior and turn it into a three bedroom with a den and increase the size of the master to accommodate a tub. That one small bedroom really isn't necessary. Space that could be well reappointed. And I would always love a fireplace in the master. I had that it one time and it makes all the difference in the ambience. But I do like the Cabinetry and the other things that offers. I would turn the doggie shower into a half bath or 3/4 . God Bless

Very nice looking home, great curb appeal. The kitchen needs wider drawers instead of lots of small ones that you can hardly put anything in. The lighter wood cabinets are much better than dark stained and leave the room bright.

I don't like the wooden cornices above the windows, that style of wood is just not my favorite, but it did have a coffee station next to the refrigerator. The pony walls and those columns I think are not necessary and I don't like their look but this was a great tour and it's cool to see some different floor plans, I really like the kitchen in this one too it's beautiful even if it has the wood cabinets I don't like!! I've lived with it for the right price! 😀

Given the length of this home and water needs at opposite ends, I feel the location is just fine. It is more centrally located to get hot water quicker to ALL areas as opposed to being in the utility room and taking forever to get hot water down to your master bathroom / shower.

Wow oh wow! Hmm let's see where to start?!? I thunk I would use the 1st living area as my living room (gathering with people to chat) I don't like my TV being in the livingroo. Or at least not visibly. So I like when there is a simple way to hide it without gynormous furniture. My family is so large that we have a lot of seating so.big pieces. I think I. The kitchen I would use that tall deep cupboard area for my small appliances like crackpot, instapot, griddle, etc. That would leave the pantry for the food. Then there is plenty of storage so that things can be well organized and not all mixed together. For example every day plates not having to be stored with other things like paper or special occasion plates (I just bought 40 beautiful plates for $20 off of Offerup.) So it would allow mugs to be separated from drinking glasses, same with everything else. I really like that! I love the family and dining rooms. I guess it depends on the orientation of the house if it could be used as the main living area... you would have to use the slider for the front door if you did that. Utility room. I love the dog area. The dog shower is wonderful. I would sit on the bench while showering my dogs. Funny thing. My daughter's border collie used to climb in the shower with me. BUT we shower using water that is way too hot for dogs. Nice house. I have been looking at these tours because we are doing some remodeling and these tours give me so many ideas for that. So evinced I thunk it would be better to just teat my current house down and replace it with a.new modular or manufactured one. They are getting so nice!
