I like the windows. I'd keep the cabinets and leave the wall up so the kitchen can remain semi private from the living room. I almost bought one very similar but the fireplace was on the front side corner of the living room. A gas fireplace would be nice but insurance cost more with a fireplace. It was a 32x60 or longer and $80k at the time in 2007. It had really nice solid walls and huge guest rooms and huge closets. I wish I had a new home. It would change my life for the better if I had a decent place to live. Seeing these videos makes me wonder if there is any possible way I can buy a new home on my own. I have my land free and clear. Hmmm... Something to ponder... 🤔

Where I live a stick built home would cost more when you consider all the amenities. With their homes, many of the changes to the layout are done at no extra cost. In a stick built, if you change the layout they charge way more, plus when you build a stick built they often only paint primer. This is a lot of home to paint plus the cost of the paint. At least where I live.

Oh, and where I live they require tie downs so there's no charge for those and if you don't want the tires they'll buy them off of you.

Exactly! What's wrong with telling the base price? And, not showing the floor plan is pretty bad. I'm pretty sure they have many different ways make money off of customers.
