The money footballers get as ruined the game completely, the passion and love for football as declined throughout the years and you see it week in week out 💔🤦🏼

Why would you optionally be in an relationship that is not reciprocal? Most clubs and fans, let’s be honest, do not actually care about players. So why do people expect players to play for the “love of the game”. It’s a job. If another employer 2x your salary more often than not you’ll leave your job. Pretty simple.

Anyone who doesn’t take 400k per week, with all the good they could do with that, in pursuit of personal glory (trophies and fame) is not only stupid but also selfish.

The best podcasts and best presenters just sit and let the guest speak.! That Parsons massively over inflates his own importance. Cringy is that had to turn it off after 15 minutes which is a shame as Defoe is normally a brilliant guest
