Juan Carlos Bello Contrarily to what you think, it's quite normal. Imagine that you're making love with a woman or having a shower or a bath when the earthquake strikes. If your house or appartement runs the risk to collapse on you, you won't have the time to think and put clothes on. You'll run outside all nude. It's the same thing if your kids peed the bed. They won't have the time to change pajamas. Your neighbours were in underclothes for the same reason. You're so scared by the earthquake that you don't have the time to laugh at them. And none policeman will arrest you for the same reason. As far as I'm concerned , I sleep Every night in underwear
