Sentencing of Henry Dinkins

A judge will issue the sentence for convicted murderer Henry Dinkins, who was found guilty of murdering 10-year-old Breasia Terrell in July 2020. Dinkins was found guilty on Sept. 15, 2023, of the murder and kidnapping. A Scott County judge will be reading his sentence on Wednesday, Oct. 11.
