Pretty good run because it was deathless but also had some unlucky fights that took up extra time and resources. Route worked out well :)

How come you don't try for hit combos? Dont they rack up a ton of damage?

Extra damage doesn't outweigh the time it takes to get it, it may only be a second or two but that adds up quick over a 6 hour run

@@Falcon15x yeah its a trade of damage for speed which isn’t ideal for speedrunning so its better to mash it so you can get a 2-3 hit in rapid succession to not waste as much time. In addition combo hits aren’t really necessary, mainly a cute battle mechanic for peeps to somewhat understand beat signatures when listening to the battle music
