It seems that there is more concerns in staying overweight. Not to mention a lot of of people who struggle with their weight often struggle with depression, so either way having to decide if the pros out weigh the cons is a decision to made solely by one’s self.

The lady in red if full of it. The drug has not been around long enough to see if it cutes down on cost if heart disease...etc. some people that have been overweight for years and years the damage is done. Obesity rate...lady please....this still does not get to the root of the problem.

So if you do t over eat but have hormone weight does it still work?

We don't know long term side effects including cancer. I wouldn't take the risk

It’s been used in humans since 2008 and has never been shown to cause cancer in humans. Obesity, however, is linked to an increased risk of cancer.

I just watched some different doctor's discuss it and they said that they don't know long term effects. 2008 is not really that long and long term may cause problems with liver and pancreas. I am skeptical. I just wouldn't want to stay on something like that forever. I understand that some people have genetic link but portion control is key to losing at least some weight. People in US have a bigger problem because of portion sizes here. That speaks for itself.

Two choices, pay heaps for this injectable drug or stop eating so much crap food. Up to a third of the US population could end up on this stuff and the cost would be immense. US needs to concentrate on why many millions of people are obese.

One side effect that almost no one explains is gastroparesis. For someone who is not diabetic, it's pretty awful. You burp and taste in your mouth, the remnant's of the meal you had days ago. Rotten Food!

@@skibunny2257it’s 16yrs. How long will satisfy you? 100yrs or just 50yrs? Most antibiotics routinely prescribed have only been around for 10 years. Chemotherapy drugs, less than 5yrs. There are no recorded cases of this causing cancer since 2008.

Sooo people can’t use this drug forever as soon as you get off of it then what.. The weight will come back because your diet is 🗑️
