As per using (wall sweep) technique for creating skirting & ceiling moldings, well its quick, neat & very good in schedules. The main challenge for my with this technique is losing the (tagging by category). If you faced the same problem, how could you deal with it for annotating the wall sweep?

Yes, that is good idea. You can hide that line with linework tool. The problematic thing is, that you have to do that in every view where the wall sweep is visible. Linework tool is very useful, but sometimes it can get too tedious.
