Hi! My Pakistani husband has showed me how to make perfectly round tortillas or crepes. The secret is to start with a nice ball of dough. It is important to just turn them clockwise and roll them out for 3-4 times without flipping them. I wonder if I could use one part of whole grain flour, maybe also buckwheat to make them more nutritious. I will try. Thank you for sharing. It is great that your son helps you!

Oh that's a great tip - thanks! I've sometimes wondered about using part wholemeal flour and I don't see why it wouldn't work, be good to know how you get on 😊

Hi, thanks for this, great recipe. Have you tried freezing them? How long do they keep for? I'm just cooking for myself, so thinking about how they might store. Love seeing the kids helping in the kitchen!

Yes I have frozen these with success before (although not for a few years as my tribe demolish them these days!), I can't remember if I froze them all together or separated etc, but I do recall it worked well :) Just in the fridge they're good for a few days.
