The split screen thing in Mac’s segment is indeed 2-player mode from the Wii game. If you counter-punch your enemy when they turn blue then you can turn into Giga Mac (who isn’t really canon since you can’t turn into him in single player- hence why Bumbles didn’t mention him) Giga Mac’s only other appearance is as Mac’s Final Smash in Smash Bros.

I recommend reacting Punch Out!! TF2 Dub, where each fight is their own videos. I'd recommend you watch them in 3 circuits of the fighters (or find the Playlist of this). 1st circuit - Glass Joe, Von Kaiser, Disco Kid and King Hippo. 2nd circuit - Piston Hondo, Bear Hugger, Great Tiger and Don Flamingo. 3rd circuit - Aaron Ryan, Soda Popenski, Bald Bull, Super Macho Man and Mr. Sandman. There's also the title defense versions of those so you might want to check those out aswell.
