Thanks for coming back to Hanabie. This is the older, more stripped down Hanabie. No electronic backing tracks, just straightforward thrashy punk metal. I love Hettsu's twangy bass in this one. Plus, a Matsuri guitar solo! 🤘

Greatthrowback, they were around 17 when they wrote this, a couple years older on the music video, but still very young. The crazy visuals were yet to come, but gotta love to see how much talent they had from the very beginning.

This drummer is a friend of the band. This is early on in the band’s career. Pre-label signing. And, unless I’m wrong, this is their first professional mv. This drummer would sometimes fill in in performances between Sae and Chika.

No matter what era a Hanabie song comes from, it's great. If you're interested in Hanabie's first ever music video, check out Time Out, which you can find on the Micheal Pon channel. Otherwise, L.C.G is a very early masterpiece, also without Sae or Chika behind the drums.

An oldie but a goldie. It shows they could pump out powerful, fast music that's still very melodic right from the start. I'm sure they'll only keep on growing in popularity - their shows on their current USA tour are going down really well...2 more weeks of tour dates to go!

If you like bands that don't take themselves too seriously like Hanabie and MTH, you can try a band called AILIPH DOEPA (or AILIF DOPA). Their MVs are crazy, bizarre and all over the place, but they're really serious about their skills. Well, with song titles like 'My right hand thumb is a Kraken', 'Death Baboon' or 'Mashed Potatoes', we just can't go wrong, right?

Thanx for interesting recommendation... :-) As seems to good wild chaotic mixs of sounds stuff but still nicely keeping it together structure-wise etc. when clearly being great musicians and all that...just like Thr Dillinger Escape Plan and other Wows! fast technical chaotic so called mathcore bands in the beginning of the century (or also Mike Patton's Mr. Bungle, Japanese electros w/ hcpunk whatever Melt Banana or even some John Zorno's cRsZieSt jazz meets grindcore goodies - if you haven't heard, do yourself a favor in checking out his Torture Garden's mlp also foundable here in U2B which btw had some Japanese dude whose name I don't re-member anymore doing them awesome raging crazy vocals on it hah!) Cheeers all the way from Tampere, F-land (not so) uncl Vo' year model 1968 and been into all kinda UG extreme musick since 1985 or so oh. :-D

I prefer those older, raw songs over most new ones. Thay added too much electronic sounds now. Its fun, but not as good as this
