Thanks Dan. I was at the pulla part today getting some rare '97up handcrank door panels and regulators. Couldn't figure out how to get the rear door ones out(The T20 screw). Now I got it! Cool. After tomorrow's rain, I will get them Friday. Thanks so much!

Thank you for the vid! Super helpful. On my 95 there are two more 10mm bolts holding a bracket up tight under the window - just take them and the bracket out from the inside. Also there is a rivet holding the divider bar to the door metal - just drill it right out. The bar is plenty secure without it and there's even a hole for it in 97+ but they didn't bother because it's unnecessary.

I use that blaster dry lube on my garage door and sliding glass door. works a treat

@ProjectDanH Thank you for the window track tip. My quarter window was hail damaged. I was looking for a replacement in the junkyard. Most of them in our parts are all rotten past the mount. I found one that was rotten just before the mount and used it. Have you ever tried welding two tracks together?

Hey Dan - been scouring the inter webs for this window part. Hopefully able to find a yard with it so I can check out the rust myself. Lotta 84-96 XJ results online, not a lotta 97-01s.
