It is actually called a dingle ball!! There are lots of videos on KZbin about it!! Supposedly It was Jack Dempsey’s favorite training thing!! Great piece of equipment!!

What you say is the difference of this from an aqua bag? Which facilitates better movement? Also what are those , different from angled-and multi-angled bags?

This definitely moves much faster than an aqua bag, essentially it’s a speed bag on a leash!

@@dungeonboxingclub Thanks, bought a small aqua bag. Yeah I think this bag moves quicker, though th aqua bag poses a heavier, denser feedback. Understand why these kinds of bags useful for movement.
