Not to mention you’ll find yourself in uncomfortable and difficult situations in an actual fight out in the world, like on the street for example, that’s really an understatement actually. You’ll be in an especially nasty situation if you’re being jumped by multiple people, and even more so if you have little to no time to prepare.

Strength with that type of flexibility is honestly the peak male physique. It's not too overly muscular like in Body Building yet it has the gracefulness and swiftness of a smaller size to move around. And all an all a very PRACTICAL body to have in all types of physical situations, if not being a little slimmer and be able to run more would be a great exception. 💯☝️

I’ve done boxing, BJJ, wrestling, judo , Muay Thai, and karate, and out of all those martial arts, wrestling the toughest and most physically demanding. Boxing was brutal on your head but you can find moments of rest in between. Judo was unassumingly violent and those slams really do damage over time. BJJ also took a toll on the joints but you could also find moments of rest in between. I’m currently focusing on muay Thai primarily because of my dad bod and wanting a workout while also learning techniques and not being labor intensive. Wrestling was always go-go-go, and you were constantly moving and pushing, and rarely resting in between.

@@jasond.5723 i mean, does it hurt less after some time? People who arent fighters tend to be very sensitive to pain. For regular people, even getting their toes accidently hit on something is very painful for a while, just a light, playful punch to the nose can make one teary-eyed and unable to see anything for a while. Fighters dont seem to be that affected by thing like these like regular people. Do they train themselves to bear pain?

@@RedSpicyFeast1010yes and no. Hard to explain, but you get better at handling it. The level of pain required to make you stop and roll over and writhe is higher. Also, there are techniques you can learn to reduce (bracing), and learning to do those techniques without time to prepare will actually reduce pain

@@pio7763I don’t know what your sport is but when your running and your feet feel like falling off, your gasping for air, you’re dripping sweat, your knees are bruising, and your coach tells you to do jumping squats, life gets a lot easier. That school presentation, or taking a risk, or doing anything that makes you uncomfortable is easier because you’ve done something you didn’t want to do which is push yourself to your limits. You’ve made it through hell so nothing can be worse. I only like wrestling practice about 45 mins in and then the rest is brutal. Maybe if you like your sport so much (or you aren’t training hard enough but I’m not going to just assume that) that it doesn’t seem super hard to so therefore everything else doesn’t get easier. I’m sure if an mma guy who gets his ass kicked everyday wouldn’t have trouble be disciplined enough to do some work he doesn’t want to do. I wrote a lot cuz I got time and I’m bored lmao
