For me Shawn Michaels and Diesel worked very well together, they had unbelievable chemistry as partners and opponents, their combination of speed, strength and cocky attitude made them a very entertaining duo to watch on TV. In my opinion, i would say HBK put Nash over very strong in terms of selling and bumping around as well as helping to put him on the map as a huge talent in the wrestling business. As much as i enjoyed their Wrestlemania 11 match, their no holds barred match at In Your House: Good Friends, Better Enemies was much better and is my all time favourite from their program.

At the time I remember thinking it was Vince trying to recapture the Magic of Hulkamania with it happening at MSG. The problem much like Lex Luger, Diesel is not Hulk Hogan. What got him over was being a silent but deadly dominant badass. The only time he would show weakness (or lost) is when he'd make a serious tactical error or was pushed past his limit to which the opponents would pounce him, the proverbial slip on the banana peel. Instead, Diesel lost most of his heel edge being presented as white meat babyface. Another problem is Diesel needed to work with more guys that were on par with Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels for those PPV matches instead of guys like Sid or Mabel.

If you do a Kliq vid please give us a deep dive. I think we all know the basics of it but there’s a lot of interesting background things that went on that made them all super close I think. They are the closest group of people to come out of wrestling I think considering they were always seen together in interviews and stuff nonstop the last 20ish years. Bone Street Krew seemed close too but more like a backstage friend group where I think Kliq were always taking care of each other during rehab stints and surgeries and stuff. Edit: added a please, didn’t want to appear demanding and rude. Thank you.

I have an Alesis SR 16 drum machine, and seriously. ALL the drums for the opening intros to the videos on this channel use the exact same drum sounds. Once I've heard it, I can't unhear it. I have a feeling that this music was made with either an Alesis SR 16, or some Alesis drum machine (or samples of one). I've noticed that a LOT of Alesis drum machines have these same samples. The drum samples don't really change much. But every time I hear these tunes, I always think about that drum machine.
