Are you struggling with wrist pain or weakness? Try these 5 wrist strengthening and stretching exercises you can do on both hands. We'll work on wrist warm ups, stretches, and isometric strengthening exercises to increase wrist range of motion, decrease stiffness, and improve stability. Best of all no equipment is needed and you can do these anywhere!

Thank you for these. I broke my wrist and those extension tendon things are still very sore on top of my hand. Doing these exercises make them feel better.

Your videos are great and I like the idea of the short Friday sessions. I started following Virtual Hand Care a couple years ago when I broke my wrist. I have a full recovery but also realize how important it is to keep the wrists strong.

I really struggled with #3. My wrists have been stiff for so long. I had a hard time resisting with my wrists instead of my arms. I have a lot of work to do on hands and wrists.

Thank you for your videos, they led me to going down the research rabbit hole about shorter durations for short arm cast and flexible splints for wrist fracture, so helped me get back to my life several weeks sooner!!

I adore ur videos I am a khysiotjerapist having trouble with my own thum and little and index finger due to to trigger finger I took twice the cortisone injections. But nothing was okay and I follow ur exs I am diabetic type 1 since 30 yrs that is why

Excellence exercises, thank you very much. My ring finger does not bend too well (due to RA), but sure, these exercises will help a lot.

I have stiffness in the tendons of both hands. See worse with rig fingerboard left hand. It sticks and snaps up. Orthopedic Dr said no fix for this. Thank you for these exercises.

Hi Michelle😊. I wanted to ask, a few nights ago while I was sleeping I woke up with what felt like nerve pain in my spine (which I’d never had before), my left arm, wrist, and base of my thumb. Is that possible? I ask as I’m not sure if I woke up dreaming it, or whether it actually happened.🤔🤷🏻‍♂️
