Cheers for the video content! Sorry for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you ever tried - Millawdon Figure Changing Trick (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a good one of a kind product for discovering a permanent remedy for Bow Legs minus the hard work. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy at last got astronomical success with it.

Thanks for this! When I put my legs together while sleeping on my side, my knees are facing inwards and they kinda annoy me... so I used to have one leg placed a little downwards. Now I’ll try putting my thighs together and sleep like that

@@Shayan_Saqib no bro :( i am working out my thighs and calves and made some changes of standing position and walking style so that it doesn't look odd, bro if you workout your legs then that can make some changes but according to doctors they say you can't correct it but you can stop them becoming worst

Hi, I sleep with a bolster. Are there sleeping positions suitable for bolster sleepers with bow legs - or is it better to just not sleep with one at all?

@@TheBodyConditioner I just sleep with a bolster out of habit. It's something I hug to sleep. The position I sleep in is the first posture you displayed but with a bolster under my thighs and my belly not fully parallel to the floor, rather it's perpendicular to the floor with my chest against the bolster.

Hello ma'am I got injured when I was 12 years old and I think I didn't get the proper medication. When I was 20 years old I noticed my left leg is getting bowed and it hurt when I walk or run. And now it makes me unwell everyday. Is there any possibility to be cured? I hope and pray for your responce😔 thank u

Hello there, I think I'm slightly bow legged and I don't feel any pain or any problem during workout or walking or anything but these surgeons on KZbin says that if we don't fix bow leg then it can deteriorate our knees in the future and now I'm scared. 😵‍💫 What should I do pls help. Tummy sleeping is not good for you, it puts pressure on your spine and overtime can cause back issues
