I think it’s a great idea but I also think if you are a techie guy ... have connection to some of your community that does HVAC/ plumbing / welding plus adding solar energy you are set ! Takes patience and lots of research and network through your connection you can save a lot from spending $80,000 ... just my thought but it’s a brilliant idea !
