Nikki is the sort of charming extrovert blabbermouth that we introverts tend to immediately dismiss as superficial, but if you actually sit down and listen to her you see there's so much deep thought she puts in behind the scenes and she has just as much anxiety as anyone. She just does an amazing job being honest about it instead of letting the fear of being judged paralyse her.
