Ok one more thing - Just watched your hysterical New Years apology to Pebble for your friends. Have you considered that Pebble may be the product of gypsy curse? She isn't just any old bird,is she? Here's what I think happened...Let's say there is a scary old lady whom I picture to be a gal somewhat like the scary old lady in the Goonies - remember her? (Am i dating myself here? Im 45,so what?) She was the head of her own gang of criminals (who were her sons) and everybody was terrified of her. Unlike the movie,though,this particular old lady Im picturing was also a retired pirate - where else would she get that language? So let's say this lady I'm picturing stole something precious from an equally terrifying gypsy and POOF she is turned into Pebble! At first,she was furious - until she realized she could still steal precious items like sunglasses and,most importantly,she can still boss everyone around with her demanding screeches and colorful language. And now she can also fly! She spent some time trying to find her place in the world and the perfect people to care for her (preferably with lots of treasures to steal). She didn't care whether people appreciated her unique personality and certainly didn't accept any kind behavior training to make her docile and kid friendly F*!k that! If people don't like her,that's their f%÷cking problem,not hers! Eventually,though,she found Kelly and slowly realized that life wasn't about all the sunglasses and shiny things to steal or making people slightly frightened of you...life was finding the person who doesn't want to change a f*@cking thing about you.Once you do that,you realize what love is. And i am sure that even if Pebble could lift that gypsy curse,she would decide to stay right where she is,on Kelly's shoulder,happily chatting away with her partner in crime,and together laughing at all those people who are horrified that a bird just called them a f@%cking asshole. Those people are just jealous they haven't found their own unconditional best friend! Um,its possible that ive had a glass of wine as I write this,lol. But i think such an extraordinary birdie should have an extraordinary story...i may regret sending this tomorrow lol
