Try this again... This is the first Simon and Martina video I had seen . My sister is in love with the idea of visiting / moving to Korea . We instantly fell in love with your fun personalities and all the cool info about Korea. I have to say you guys are the sweetest couple ever. I am currently in college to be a nurse but I promised my sister when I graduate I will pay to send her on a vacation to Korea. Only issue is I want to visit too! Actually in my country (Portugal) we have banana cases, but we also have cases for appels, pears and orages. But no watermelon cases (I think) x3

Doshirak is just the direct translation of "lunch box" into Korean, at least in our house (Koreans living in US). It seems Korea makes a lot of products to pack into doshiraks, like the Leveled Up Banana Holder and doshirak gim (seaweed) which comes in a wrapped plastic tray.

In countries where you cant really grow bananas, people used to buy JUST ONE, and CUT it into slices with a knife, place them on a plate and eat with a fork, OR forks ( since a whole family share one).

In the Uk you can get onion holders... for when you've only used half of one. It stops it from drying out.

Well the thing is - as I heard from some Koreans I know (and experienced while eating with them) - Koreans generally don't touch fruit with bare hands. They always peel it, cut it in pieces and then eat it using toothpicks or forks. Actually, as my friend informed me, it is considered messy a/o indecent to use your hands

Uhh...if you eat a banana as you peel it there's no way the fruit should touch your hands. Plus it's not like you DON'T have to first peel it, using your hands, in order to then cut it up.

About the fork and knife: Pizza you should almost never eat with fork and knife. Unless it's loaded and falling apart. Hamburgers I use fork and knife after it falls apart, if it falls apart. Never eaten a banana with a fork, nor do I intend to start LOL
