So...did WTVT borrow the "Pulse" branding from CFCF in Montreal, or vice versa? The one major difference is CFCF used Lalo Schifrin's "Tar Sequence" from "Cool Hand Luke" (the theme music most commonly associated with "Eyewitness News" broadcasts on ABC's O&Os).
