其实只是把很多武当武术的东西放到八极拳的架子里，和门派流传下来的很不一样，发劲比较柔，没有爆裂感。本身武当的武术是断过层的。

It's a Wudang version, so it probably came from the JingWu standardised versions.

Lord Genesis wudang武当 is a place. I'm here studying right now. Wushu武术and Wudang武当 do not mean the same thing.

Depends what you've been taught for footwork. Having feet turned out that much seems to be discouraged in most baji schools and normally, for cheung chui / ding zhou etc, the aim is for both feet to land at the same time, rather than stomping with just the lead leg. However, different schools teach differently.

@@raksh9 Don't forget that this is the Wudang - Baji Quan, techniques taken from various Baji Quan froms enriched with Wudang DNA. The Chang Long Baji Quan is not genuine. It is just a fictional adaptation.
