I love this movement. Nice tutorial. Thanks for a great channel. Can I make a request? I can't remember the name of the movement but it basically involves using 3 or 4 different kicks to turn 360 while staying on the spot. It's great for coordination and I learned it once but can't remember how to do it. If you know what I mean could you do a turorial?

There’s a long fist combo that has this with another hammer fist in palm that I learned but I don’t know what it’s called to see other versions. Could you tell me?
@dgraveley34
@dgraveley34 3 жыл бұрын
Starts with a slap kick into. Throw hands then a leap into a pu bu scoop then triple long fist punch. Then turn fist over front kick then kick and swing your arms behind you into wheeling arms then hammer fist into palm.
