I guess Wushu is different from traditional Kung Fu, or Plum-blossom Mantis. The bull stance has the back bent on a 45 degree angle, where I was taught it should be straight.

Thank you for your comment. I believe the breathing should be related to movement and so it's not intrinsec to the stance itself. What do you think?

@@mywushuclass579 I start to listen my body, in the minthime, so I am breathing spontanios. Also, I am practicing to stand in position for a wile and breathe diafragmatic. All in all, when I do Qigong, I'm sure that I should inhale energy we bring to the body... etc. 😊
