First of all thank you so much Master for sharing your precious wisdom with us. I wanted to ask you, when you have to face a hard situation of suffering and pain, what is your thought in that very moment ?

tai chi is practiced slowly for tranquility. for the combination of physical and spiritual balance.

Absolutely, couldn't agree more! Tai chi's slow, deliberate movements really do create a sense of tranquility and help us find that perfect balance between the physical and spiritual aspects of life. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Hi. I had my hands controlled and wrote book about information on infinite about positive and negative and about perfect complex. Can you respond and help me out because I think I’m going crazy and have no one who is relatable near me. Thanks

Master Gu, Disequilibrium needs to be addressed. Stability of the feet, hips are important, but so is the equilibrium for the ears and the movement of the feet that affects the movement of the head, neck and shoulders, not just the hips, knees and pelvis. Disequilbrium came into the earth and caused a massive drama, along with disablement.

Taiji is a journey to balance and harmony; A man’s nature is in harmony with itself when he desires to be nothing, But what he is- He is a god in ruin.

Being in "present" / "balance" feels sad, scary, confused. I don't like it.
