Ok so basically you can do the same as in genshin BUT, bc the echo system doesn't need stamina you can farm with your friends for as long as you want, which is awesome

U can do end game stuffs too. Idk the name of that stage.(i think its Genshin's abyss like mode) it has a 2 button and 1 is "match" other is play solo i think. If u select "match" it will become a coop thing.

In Genshin (many people don't notice this) in co-op mode.. You see there 4slots right? Each player that joins your world, the mobs, bosses there will have an increase resistance of 25% each player that enters your world.. So example if there are 4 people in your world (yourself is included) If you take on bosses you will noticed it that the bosses will be harder to take down, it is harder compare if your just soloing your world (thats just how co op mechanic works in Genshin) Now my question is.. Is this the same in Wutheringwaves too?

Bosses in WuWa are already challenging enough in solo fights at the end game level. Co-op by default should make it easier to take down bosses instead of making it harder, unlike in Genshin where it is faster and better to just beat up bosses on your own since it is much easier than to do co-op just to make the runs slower when no one plays with the right characters for elemental reactions

I wish we could do hard boss fights on coop :( I really like coop but if the coop content is too easy, it's not going to feel very fun after a while. I think one thing that makes wuwa coop better is that most charas are self sufficient so when playing in coop its better while in genshin people need to rely on rotations just to kill a elite enemy so it just become a chore in coop of course theres exceptions to this like nuvillet but they are just that exceptions that lots of people dont have

the chances of monster dropping echoes are decreased proportional to how many of them you get for that day, for mobs echoes its fine since you can farm quite a lot of them just by walking around but for bosses it might need 3 to 4 hours grind to get the 2nd echoes of the day to drop.

Sad. Was hoping Co-op would be more than what Genshin has. Its basically the same, restrictive co-op as Genshin made a bit better by the nature of artifact farming. Was REALLY hoping you could quest together/open chests, etc. and have them written in the database specifically to your account (so you can't double-dip chests etc.).

I think more people after a certain level do quests and killing those small enemies themselves in their own world so it pretty much become useless. Just like in genshin, the players don't co-op often unless it's domain match

Ngl this sounded concerningly close to Genshin where farming domains, weekly bosses, and all that in co op is way faster for new players, but once you reach certain character investment (AR55+ I guess), clearing by yourself becomes as easy, if not easier than going through the hassle of using co op (unless you got a whale friend lmao). Hope it doesn't play out like this considering how many ppl hate Genshin co op, or find it meaningless. I guess the whole “grinding without stamina” part plays a huge role in differentiating the two tho, since in Genshin co cop you only get access to another worlds materials, whereas in WW you’d get access to their “artifacts” lying around their world too so thats an interesting.

But your co-op friend has a lower data bank level, so you can't get any Gold Echo anymore. Also, your friend can't interact with props in your world, and you can't see your friend on the mini-map, which makes it less meaningful to join other world

🙏🙏🙏HOPE WW devs figure out a way that when a party of three EXPLORE together and OPEN up a chest, that same chest will automatically be open in the other two WORLDS as well. I know there will be cases where people may abuse this to collect chests faster. One solution I think of is that maybe implement a Rule such that the players has to be together within certain meters for the chests to be opened in all of their individual Worlds.

I have not done it myself yet, but from what I've heard, everyone gets the echoes. So you can farm with your friends and all get the rewards.

Man, i was expecting bit to much, its basically gunshin coop 101, fighting boss and gathering material or in this case echo, Was expecting some kind of dungeon explorers where you could get the gems for pulling (like Guardian tales colossium or expendition) or special free weapon like that and some kind of special coop world quests that you could do together or some way to play the main story quest together, what a let down

You can't utilise them when you co-op with two other ppl and they in turn cannot do that as well. Especially when you are trying to fight the red named enemies. Actually sad about that

A co-op that doesn't put unnecessary handicap to the players? Nice. Genshin's basic co-op sucks due to the fact that elemental reactions restrict each player's choice of characters. Everyone wants to play their main or certain characters but since bosses HP scales with the no. of players in co-op instead of making boss hunts easy and fast it makes it much slower and less fun, slower when there are no decent elemental reactions to take advantage and less fun when you are forced to play certain characters with certain elements to make fights faster.
