I feel for the people, culture and animals and waters around Pond Inlet. We need to switch to renewable resources and ask Indigenous People what they want to see happen to the areas in which they live, breathe and work.

The mine should pay you guys to find a hunting area for your food, clothing, culture, etc.

I found this video of the local indigenous peoples bern effected by iron ore mining extremely interesting! Mining for iron ore and the byproduct of ecological damage to local inhabitations of both animals and people. I ask myself is this a price worth paying? Modern man has to learn to live in much more harmonious manner. Unfortunately Money always seems to take precedence over harmonious living?

Not all pond inlet people are hunters,not just make money on animals,jobs meen more income to people who has jobs,in favour of the mine.
