I think she signed documents blindly trusting her husband. It is wrong but it happens, especially to someone like her who is old school. She was busy having babies and taking care of her family, I can easily see how this could happen to many women. I have signed documents without reading them completely or just having my husband telling me what they said. I also feel bad for Joe. He's done his time and he should be allowed to stay in the US with his family. I know that's an unpopular opinion but it's how I feel. I feel bad for her and her girls in this situation.

“Joe & I try to live for the moment” → that’s the problem right there. As soon as you decide to have a family - especially 4 kids, you have to think about them NOT you. In a further attempt to garnish sympathy Teresa had the nerve to recently (publicly) declare that they have no money set aside for their daughters educations. She thinks being a good parent involves stealing money to buy her girls pretty dresses, iPads, cellphones, toys, etc. (& anything her & Joe desire). “I’ve always done everything by the books” . .. except for the past 10 years. The look on Andy’s face is priceless! ☺

She filed her taxes every year. Her husband did not. They are MARRIED so she has to pay his debts and vice versa. This is why her “jewish friends” told her to separate or divorce him years earlier. It means people HAVE TO SUE HIM and not the both of you for his money and debts. But, she is old school and went down with him. He told her to sign the taxes. She signed it. That’s it. That’s the news. It can literally happen to anyone.

If they weren't famous they might have just gotten probation. That's one of the bad things about being a celebrity. Peter Jan Sartorio paid $15,000 in the college admissions scandal like Felicity Huffman , and got no prison time. Marjorie Klapper did the same and go more time than Felicity Huffman. She got more time , since she also lied on her son's college applications. She wrote on one that he was an African American and a first generation college student. She stated he was Jewish , on another one. She got 3 weeks, which I feel wasn't enough for victimizing real minorities along with first generation college students. I personally think she should have gotten at least a month and a half .Felicity and Peter only victimized their children, she victimized others as well .
