Last year I got Sciatica which never heard of at the time I thought I would have to leave my job No joke every time I tried to walk heavy pins and needles shot down my whole leg and grabbed my foot so had to keep bending over and hanging onto what ever I could Felt like a miracle when 1 day 7 months later I woke up to get a glass of water and realised wait I just walked to the kitchen without any Sciatica pins and needles only minor hip pain ❤
