Ah! Wyndham, rode in a couple of races there in 1978. Had to purchase a riding permit for $5 as I was licensed in Darwin. Exercised the horses on a huge clay pan flat. A huge croc used to come in around lunch time at the river outlet of the abattoirs and wait for the waste to be discharged. 😆
