The Nissan is arguably better for the long stretches of highway miles, but the Sidekick sure would have been nice during the slow speed trail work!

This silver Nissan belongs to me...one of my employees typically uses it in my forestry business, but I decided to take that on this trip as it was better suited to the mix of highway miles and potential off-road abuse than anything else I own.

why are you doing a BDR designed, funded, and supported by the Dual Sport and Adventure bikes groups with a 4 wheel vehicle?

Just to make sure I'm not mis-interpreting your comment, are you implying that because the BDR organization plotted out a route through public lands and on public roads that now these roads should be used exclusively by ADV riders?
